All intellectual property created by Wage Worx Consulting in the course of providing Services remains our property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, use, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all fees for Services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Compliance With Laws

We comply with South African laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our Services, you consent to the processing of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
